3.0 Purchasing Products
3.1 Ordering from Explode Media is a contract, and you are obligated to payment of that order.
3.2 You must provide 30 days notice to cancel any contracts you have with Explode Media, and you are liable for any invoices that fall within that 30 day period.
4.0 Payments and Payment Terms
4.1 Failure to pay an invoice by the due date could result in a late payment fee of $5.00 being added to your invoice. This new charge is not negotiable, and must be paid. If you fail to pay this amount, you may be liable for account suspension.
4.2 Failure to pay an invoice attached to a product (e.g. hosting), may result in your product being suspended until payment is received. Explode Media is not liable for any expense or inconvenience occurred for your product being suspended.
4.3 If you repeatedly fail to pay invoiced by the due date, you may face legal action, and or your account with Explode Media may be terminated. Explode Media will not be responsible for any expense or inconvenience incurred by terminating your account.
